Mulberry was designed to enhance and enliven the downtown Vicksburg area by serving as a beacon of interest and activity. Whether guests and residents choose to eat, stay, play -- or all three -- Mulberry fosters an elevated community experience through sophisticated design and unmatched services.
This thoughtful, modern, multifaceted environment evokes a sense of place that broadens the horizons of what is possible by continually raising the bar on standards of living, hospitality and service for established locals, community newcomers and tourists alike.
Inspired by the French colonists, who built their outpost on Vicksburg’s high bluffs above the Yazoo River in 1719, Mulberry plays off of, and runs with, the city’s French heritage. One can’t ignore the expansive views upon entering the apartments and guestrooms. The Yazoo River plays an integral role in the property’s design story. With a nod to the French influences of the past and the maritime blood in Vicksburg’s geographical veins, Mulberry combines all of those influences in a way that is both modern and timeless.
